Mad Men’ Star Christina Hendricks Lands The Role Of A Bank Robbery Accomplice In ‘Drive’!

Christina Hendricks is NOT a submissive woman by nature, but she’ll be playing one in the movie role she just landed! The gorgeous and curvaceous redhead will be playing Blanche, a bank robbery accomplice, in the upcoming action film, Drive!
“She’s playing the character of Blanche, and we are very excited to have her!” an insider at Bold Films tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
The film, which begins filming Sept. 20, is about a man named Driver (Ryan Gosling), a Hollywood stunt performer who moonlights as a robbery accomplice and discovers that a contract has been put on him after a heist gone wrong.
The cast also includes Oscar nominee Carey Mulligan and Emmy winner Bryan Cranston from Breaking Bad; the film will be released in 2012.
